Returns and exchanges policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You can return a product/size exchange/product exchange by visiting https://e.amphoralogistics.com/FakeGods

1- Enter your order number without forgetting the # (for example, #135562) or the tracking number.

2- Enter your zip code or email.

You will receive an email within 24-48 hours with the instructions to follow to complete the return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If, on the other hand, you make a size change, we will cover the shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping a product worth more than €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.


There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable products:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
*Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipping.

Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.


Late or lost refunds (where applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next step, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund is posted.

Sale items (where applicable)
Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale products cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@fakegodsbrand.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by postal mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer to give to you later, we will send a refund to the buyer and they will know about your return.
