Returns and exchanges policy
ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To return a product, exchange a size, or exchange a product, we currently offer two options.
The first option is to return our product to the physical store located at Calle Fuencarral 72 in Madrid. To do so, you must bring the item in its original packaging and tag, along with the order number.
The second option is to do it online through the Reveni platform. Please access our online platform at https://returns.reveni.io/fake-gods
1- Enter your order number (usually something like #123456)
2- Provide the email address with which you placed the order.
You will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to complete the return process.
To be eligible for the exchange and/or return process, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed, along with the zipper bag and its corresponding label.
- The return period for the item(s) is 30 days, starting from the date the customer receives their order.
- Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Any process that does not follow these conditions will be rejected.
There are certain products that, due to their nature and/or origin, cannot be returned, meaning they are not eligible for a return or exchange process:
- Gift Cards.
- Health and personal care products.
- Underwear products.
- Products obtained from Fake Gods' temporary sales spaces, such as Pop-Ups, Outlets, Sample Sales...
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer at your own expense without authorization from Fake Gods.

Refund Information (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. After reviewing whether the garment meets our quality, hygiene, and usage policies, the return will be accepted, and you will receive the corresponding refund. Depending on the refund method you choose, you will receive your money via the original purchase method, a bank transfer, or a discount coupon for the value of your refund.
Late or lost refunds (where applicable)
Please note that refunds may take 1 to 3 business days to appear in the customer's account. If your return has already been approved and you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
The next step we suggest is to contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
IMPORTANT:
Fake Gods will not be responsible for shipments due to non-compliance. Shipping and customs costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, and shipments that do not comply with the rules will be considered fraudulent. In these cases, Fake Gods will not be responsible for the possible loss of the package or any resulting costs. If the order is deemed fraudulent, it will be returned to the sender.
RETURNS ON PURCHASES AT THE POINT OF SALE
You can return a product/change size/exchange product by going to the point of sale permanent where you originally made your purchase.
Returns or exchanges for products purchased at a permanent Fake Gods physical store can only be made at the same store where the purchase was made.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the same conditions as for online purchases (mentioned above) must be followed.
RETURNS AT TEMPORARY PHYSICAL POINTS OF SALE (Pop Up, Outlet...)
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for products purchased at temporary physical points of sale.
