RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS ON ONLINE PURCHASES

You can return a product/change size/change product by entering https://returns.reveni.io/fake-gods

1- Enter your order number without forgetting the # (for example, #135562) or the tracking number.

2- Enter your zip code or email address.

You will receive an email within 24-48 hours with the instructions to follow to complete the return.

If you bought a product online, you can also return or exchange it in a physical store. permanent from Fake Gods as long as the established deadlines are met and the product is in its original condition.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Additional non-returnable products:

* Some health and personal care products * Product purchased in a Fake Gods temporary sales space (Pop Up, Outlet, etc.)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer on your own without authorization from Fake Gods.

Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (where applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the gift recipient shipped to you to give to yourself later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

RETURNS OF PURCHASES AT THE POINT OF SALE

RETURNS AT TEMPORARY PHYSICAL POINT OF SALE (Pop Up, Outlet...)

Returns and exchanges of products purchased at temporary physical points of sale are not accepted.

If you made your purchase online, you CANNOT return or exchange the product in a temporary physical store.
